Wow, it's hard to believe it's been six years ago since I did the Boston Marathon. I set a goal and wanted to check it off my "bucket list". Not only did I but I ran my fastest marathon at 3:11.  

Goals are very important. It can be very hard to stay on track and focus if we don't.

Set short term goals at 2-3 months and long term 3-6 months.
